Graduation

Here's what to know for now. As the date, gets closer more specific information will be released as necessary.

Caps & Gowns

• This Friday, May 3rd

• Time: Lunch

• Place: In front of the Student Activities Office

• This is the only cap & gown delivery day, so we look forward to seeing your Senior this Friday!

Grad Reader Information will be posted outside the Career Center by Friday, May 24th

Tickets

• May 28th: Student Activities during lunch and after school

• May 29th: after practice

• May 30th: Counseling Office

• Do NOT lose your tickets. They WILL NOT be replaced.

Practice

• BOTH dates are MANDATORY

• May 29th at 1:45p.m.

• May 31st at 10:30a.m.

Final Transcripts

BE SURE to set up an account at www.parchment.com to request your final transcript. Be sure to check the box : HOLD for Grades (otherwise, it will be processed before your second semester grades are posted). Do NOT use your mydusd.org account; it will be inactive on June 3rd.

As a reminder... 

●  NO cell phones on during the graduation practices or ceremony

●  Due to the new field renovations students are not allowed to wear heels or wedges, full flat shoes only. Students will be told to change shoes if necessary.

●  NO decorated graduation caps will be allowed!

●  Try to carpool, parking will be limited

●  Guests MUST have a ticket to attend.

●  Only clear bags will be allowed and all bags will be checked at the gate before entering Gael Stadium

●  No guests will be allowed on the field.

●  Dismissal will be from the Gym/Sports Complex. Have your family meet you in the quad.

●  NO air horns or noise makers

●  NO Balloons

●  All fines must be cleared in order to receive your diploma
